Anyone else here ever watch the show Firefly or the movie Serenity? The show didn’t really last that long but it was pretty awesome.

Mal was the best part of the show, and he looks so cute in this animated style.

The 4 1/2-inch resin statue shows Mal ready for action: Gun drawn and browncoat billowing behind him as if he’s just taken a bead on some Purple Belly who’s earned his righteous ire. Details in the maquette include screen-accurate sculpts of his boots, suspenders, even his pistol.

This statue is limited to 1000 pieces and will run you about $45, you can pre-order it here.

Head: “Stiching” made out of real metal (see picture) and looks EXCELENT in person.
Arms: Real mini-chains used on the arm bands.
Chest: Real zipper used for chest / body.
Belt: Fine detailed hand painted belt (see close up picture below)

I started writing this post like 3 days ago and for some reason stopped and thought it was posted… but it wasn’t.

The plushie above is a zombie and he can be taken apart and put back together, you can also mix and match his limbs. I tried this with some of the plushies I have at home and once they were taken apart I couldn’t put them back together.

Erick Scarecrow’s Kissaki vinyl figure is getting a new colorway, I think this is the 3rd one. This one will be limited to 288 pieces and will run you about $70.

Each Patapon soldier is sculpted from PVC and measures 4cm (1.57″) in height and roughly that much in width. A strap is also attached to the top of each Patapon for tethering to a cellphone, a belt, or any other device that can accept a loop. Unfortunately, Medicom neglected to include spears or swords with the straps so the Patapon figures are weaponless.”

I kind of want version #4 because of how angry he looks.

I still haven’t seen a single episode of the anime that Yoko is from but I see toys of her everywhere and almost all of them are pretty cool.

I really don’t need to see Tengen to want this toy  because I pretty much collect everything from the Nendoroid series, but I’ll eventually check out an episode.
