When everything is set in place, I started working on cheese and seaweed parts. I usually make cheese and seaweed parts at the very end because cheese dries out or melts and seaweed absorbs moisture pretty fast. I used sliced cheese for the band around the hat on Hatty and for Golden Whale’s mouth. Then I took the dyed kamaboko out of the bowl, washed it and cut it for his tears. For their eyes and Hatty’s mouth I cut seaweed.

This bento is based off of characters from Behemoth’s upcoming game ‘Battle Block Theater’. The creator of the bento above also make this awesome looking Moogle  pork bun!

I spotted this freaking sweet bento over at kickintheheadcomic‘s flickr, check here for all the details on what foods were used to make this. Now I’m hungry…. must go get lunch….

It’s been such a long time since I’ve posted about a bento, and I’m pretty sure the last time I did write something it was also Pokemon related….

I guess it has been a little while since I’ve posted anything bento related. I really like the one of Sakura from the Naruto series, it looks as if her shirt is made from salami. All 3 bento’s are awesome and delicious looking.

Thanks Alex for sending me these pics, I’ve totally been slacking on my bentos!

Gamer cakes and bentos are all so cute and tasty looking. This lovely bento was created by MothHunter.

I haven’t posted a bento in the longest, it’s mostly because I haven’t had time to make my own so seeing others reminds me of that. Not that I could ever make a bento this awesome but I still like making them, even if mine are simple looking.

The site that I spotted this on is in Japanese so I’m not sure of everything that’s in there. There’s rice, apple, egg, chicken (i think) and some other stuff.
