I know this is slightly different than what I normally post here but Emily’s Girl Talk brings back all kinds of memories of junior high… so the nostalgia makes me feel like the game deserves a post!

There’s about a 90% chance that you’ve played at least one of the four games available in Emily’s girl talk in paper form at some point.

I’ll start off with M.A.S.H-

M.A.S.H is a game where you take 5 names, cars, cities, jobs, colors, and numbers then use a random lucky number to  help fate pick out which of you or your friends will get married- to who, where, and what jobs they will have.

When filling out the list for M.A.S.H you can write your own information or pick from Emily’s list, and Emily’s list gets super bonus points for having the batmobile on her list of vehicles to choose from.

Lemon is a game similar to M.A.S.H, you have your list of things except you throw in the question “name 5 things you can do to a lemon” and hilarity ensues and you have one friend jumping over the other friends armpits in Bratislava city.

Then there is the Love Game that uses you and your crushes names, throws in some pure magic, and tells you the percentage of how true your love is.

Cootie Catcher is my favorite, it works a bit like a magic 8 ball except it’s a bit more than just a shake & answer.  You ask a yes or no question, pick numbers and colors, it’s more of a game of chance. You don’t always get the answers you want, you only get them if they are true! Like this:

Playing each game also rewards you with stickers for your in game sticker album.

E.G.T saves all of your results in a journal which you can clear out in case you don’t want anyone to know your secrets, it also supports email, Facebook, and Twitter in the event that you do want to share all of your secrets.

Emily’s Girl Talk will run you just a buck, which is totally worth the price of admission for the trip down memory lane you will no doubt go on.
