Japanese gameshow beats the crap out of you if you laugh

The man in the video saying “10-10″ is a comedian, however, he is not acting and is actually trying to learn and speak English.
If the contestants on this show laugh at him they get whacked with a ruler!

When the guy says 10-10 I think its hilariously adorable.

Thanks to my kid sister who showed me this, she’s becoming more like me everyday!
