   The punishment was way over blown in attempts to detour other “taggers” which won’t happen. That is all I’ll way in on the subject.

   8 years for $7000 damage? Seems like paying off the damage, fixing it, plus community service and probatiation would be more then enough. Even with a minimum wage job he should be able to pay off the damage in under a year, so yeah, he better be planning to appeal.

   thats why i don’t like texas! j/k, but yeah, a bit much, that’s not going to stop taggers and that just made that guy, who was probably not that bad of a guy, worse
