What you see in the video is very early on in the game, and there should be little to no spoilers seen.
The game so far is very intense 
Update:
Even though I purchased a copy of the game and showed the box to prove it was a retail copy, the video was pulled (most likely due to footage being shown before the games official release date).
If I create a new video for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 it will most likely be well after the games release.
