I’ve watched a ridiculous amount of horror movies over the last few weeks (months?) but have only got around to posting about a few, and I will probably continue to forget about posting about the others…

Even though The Mist was made for the theater it comes off more as one of those made for TV Stephen King movies. The film is about a group of people who are stuck in a supermarket because a mist that kills people has taken over their town. There be monsters in the mist!

The Mist was slow-paced, not scary, and had an extremely annoying character stuck in the supermarket along with everyone else.

While I didn’t think The Mist was a great movie, and I sort of want to say skip it, but the ending makes to totally worth sitting through. This movie had a very dark and messed up ending that will most likely make you say “oh shit”.
