Years ago I read/heard about a planned movie adaptation for the game Clock Tower. I never really thought it would see the light of day because it’s a bit of an obscure game,  also I’ve heard about others that seem to have been forgotten about like the Fatal Frame movie.

Anyway….

According to Variety the movie based on the horror series is definitely being made, and shooting begins this July. I freaking love the Clock Tower series, they all pretty much scared the crap out of me and the original had one of the best endings in regards to a game that you are being chased by a killer/monster.  Just get in your car and bounce, none of that trying to figure out who the killer is, just leave. The game had several endings that was only one of them, but it makes the most sense no?

I will go see this movie when it comes out.
