Loving it
Lucky Flickr user michiyoemi received this amazing Katamari cake as a surprise from her friend. Her friend is no doubt the greatest friend ever made ever. No offense to any of my friends, I love you all to death, but you guys never made me any kind of cake!
Here is a little bit about the cake itself:
The base is brownie, and the ball itself is confetti cake. She said she used the bottom half of chocolate cupcakes for the sprinkled knobs. (Her husband ate all the tops for her) She also claims to have used an absurd amount of icing to glue it all together. The only non-edible things are the duck candles and the sculpey prince.
I almost named this post Kake-amari but it didn’t really flow as well as “Kupo-cakes” which is a name that slimstamped made up for the Moogle cupcakes.
